Shipping Policy

Service Area

Our service area is limited to the United States at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Packages are shipped every Monday and Thursday by 5 PM (EST). Any orders placed on these days will ship on the next scheduled shipping day. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you (by e-mail) with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping speed (if applicable)

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary slightly by location.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Missed Deliveries & Shipping Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please note: While we ship all orders accurately and on time, certain delivery issues—such as delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages—may fall under the responsibility of USPS. In these cases, we recommend contacting your local Post Office directly for assistance.

 

Return Policy

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

 

Online Orders

Online orders may be returned by mail only.

Refunds & Exchanges
  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment

  • Exchanges are welcome within the 30-day return window

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing once the item has been received

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.
